New Year Better Health

The New Year always brings new resolutions and good intentions.  It may be continuing a healthy behaviour, accomplishing a personal goal or altering some undesirable actions.  Some of these good intentions may be long lasting and others may not be sustainable but if you do make a promise to yourself this year let it be to give yourself the best opportunity of good health – in all its forms.  It doesn’t have to be an expensive gym membership – a walk in the fresh air, an act of kindness to someone, a little volunteering in your community, a nutritious healthy meal, the list is endless………and of course your regular acupuncture!
