Cancellation Policy

In order to provide a regular appointment schedule, less than 2 two working days notice for cancellation of an appointment will incur a 50% fee, for the first cancelled appointment. Subsequent cancellations less than 2 working days notice will be charged full fee. Working days are Mon-Fri. Consideration will be given for exceptional circumstances.
